THE INDOORS

Accommodations: Villa Mia comfortably accommodates up to 11 guests across five uniquely designed bedrooms and a living room with a sofa bed:
- Bedroom 1: Two single beds

- Living room: One sofa bed

Kitchen & Dining: The villa boasts a fully-equipped kitchen with a stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, coffee/tea maker, and an oven. There is a dedicated dining area adjacent to the kitchen.

Living Room: The spacious living room is equipped with a cozy fireplace and air conditioning (central). It offers direct access to the pool area and stunning views. It also includes a smart tv nad a bluetooth speaker.

Bathrooms: The property has four bathrooms and one separate WC across all floors, and an exterior WC next to the pool. The bathrooms are equipped with bathtubs and essential amenities.

Game Room: A large playroom on the lower ground floor features a pool table, foosball, an arcade with 5000 games, a card table, and a disco corner with a bluetooth speaker.

Laundry: In-home washer for guest use.

Additional Amenities: Other features include a high chair, baby crib, iron, safe, and beach essentials for families with infants or young children. On the first floor you will find a dedicated workspace with a monitor. The property is also equipped with a fire extinguisher, smoke alarm, first aid kit, and carbon monoxide alarm for guests' safety.

Swimming Pool: Villa Mia boasts a 50 m2 private swimming pool with separate sections for adults (1.50 m deep) and children (0.60 m deep). It is furnished with sunbeds and umbrellas, providing a perfect spot to soak up the sun or enjoy a cool summer breeze.

Al Fresco Dining: Adjacent to the pool, you'll find a shaded outdoor sitting area perfect for enjoying a glass of wine or preparing a homemade meal on the provided BBQ grill.

Landscape: The villa's outdoor area is beautifully landscaped with olive trees and offers breathtaking views of the Cretan sea, the city lights, and the mountains.

Recreational Space: The outdoor space includes a children's playground, a half basketball court, and a ping-pong table, ensuring endless fun for guests of all ages.

Secluded Courtyard: The property has a secluded and private courtyard, perfect for moments of relaxation or social gatherings.

- 5 days minimum stay
- Check-in: After 3 PM
- Check-out: By 11 AM
- Suitable for children (2-12 years) and infants (under 2 years)
- Parties or events are allowed
- Not suitable for pets

Price Inclusions:
- All rates are in Euros and include all taxes, services, and air-condition usage.
- Cleaning service, including a change of linens and towels, is provided every 3 to 4 days.
- Final cleaning is included in the price.
- Complimentary baby cot and high chair are available upon request.
- A welcome pack is included for all guests.

Additional Costs:
- Heating the pool requires an additional charge of 50 euros per day. for booking more than 10 days will be free of charge , Please provide at least 2 day's notice.

Damage and incidentals
You will be responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by you or your party during your stay.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Partial refund of the payment made is available if cancellation occurs a minimum of 60 days prior to the check-in date.
A partial refund of 50% of the payment (excluding the service fee) will be issued if cancellation is made more than 60 days before the check-in date. If cancellation is made under 60 days before no refund will be issued .
